Today is our last day in office till after Christmas
Today is last day for angel tree items and donations for have a heart
Also the last day to order calendars
Last chance for those gift certificates (makes perfect stocking stuffers )
And also any cbd you may need for your pet over the holiday

Let season begin!!
Pre sale going for our calendars and have a heart stopped by with our angel tree

The calendars are custom made with a collage of many photos we captured at office throughout the year
I attached a photo of all the photos we have put in calendar

The angel tree is a program through have a heart here in town
The tree is filled with tags from there wishlist for not only foster pups but also there rescue
All you have to do it stop by office grab a tag purchase item bring it back with tag tapped to it
No wrapping needing to be done
We will deliver everything to have a heart right before Christmas ❤️❤️

Hi everyone happy Monday!
I wanted to take a moment to reach out to any and all
We are well aware of all the concerns of this new canine virus that’s spreading
Although yes we totally understand the worry and concern behind it we also fully understand the worry that comes with taking your animal to somewhere they could be exposed but also your animal needing to be groomed for various reasons
We have always taken great pride in cleanliness at office and also no exposure to any other animals expect those that come from same home not just due to the virus
As many know we are not a cage free facility and all animals have there own kennel blanket and water bowl during there day at spa

We have always and will continue to make sure every kennel is disinfected after the animal no longer occupies it and all our grooming equipment is also sanitized after every groom
Along with any towels used are sent for wash
Never reused

Along with these standard practices we have always had since opening our doors
We also have a professional coming in much more frequent to do a deeper clean and sanitary procedures during this virus outbreak

In 17 years we have never had a bug go through our shop (knock on wood) and we plan to keep it that way

Now of course even with all these measures there is always a chance and fully understand and respect if you still feel grooming needs to be help off but we hope this gives many of you more ease of mind when deciding to bring your pet in or not

We have some slots open before this holiday season but they are filling up fast
We hope to see many of you before Christmas so we can get your babies looking there best for all those photos

Hi everyone your red carpet team
happy Monday!
We wanted to take a few moments to come on and thank all of ours clients so very much for these last few months
We have recently become moms full time to all 3 kids and along with our kids sports I feel like we have been out of the office more than in
Everyone has been so patient with reschedules and also brief wait times in order for us to get back to you
As cheer has ended and things are calming down a bit we give you our promise to be in as much as we can this month
Christmas is just around the corner !
We will soon be announcing our annual sale of our custom calendars along with have a heart will be setting up there angel tree in our lobby again and also let’s not forget we always have gift certificates for those tricky family members who love there pets ❤️

Our schedule is filling up fast for the month
Along with our groomer is also here to help any and all new clients coming in

17 years ago our shop opened its doors to the community of Tehachapi and it only continues to grow each day
Although due to many other factors we were unable to put together a big shop anniversary as we do normally each year but you better believe we got some big things planned for our 20th

I am finally caught up on all calls and work and thinking of pulling an extra day this week

Hi everyone 🖐🏻
It’s been some time since we have posted so we thought we would stop in say hello and touch base about a few things to not only our clients but also the new followers we have acquired !

Our shop has grown beyond belief over the last few years along with our lovely town of Tehachapi
We are only a 3 man team
It used to only be the 2 of us but we had no choice but to hire another groomer to maintain all the new clients coming in
Between the 3 of us at office we are seeing between 20-25 dogs a day with that being said we are completely stretched thin between grooming all those animals along with everything else that goes into running the office
We are doing our absolute very best with the phone
It is currently going off at least 30 times a day
Majority of our day is spent bathing and grooming so we do not have time to man the phone
We have encountered some not so nice people in regards to this and I wanted to make sure this is addressed
We are not robots we are human and along with working 10 hours at office we still go home to a family of 3 kids
We please ask you all for your patience and understanding
If you call the office please leave a voicemail or text the number that’s left on the machine I promise we will get to you I promise you are not swept under the rug
Some days I can return all calls same day other times it takes me a few days but please be kind and again understand we are doing the absolute best we can
Our goal is to keep our prices affordable unlike everything else in this world
If we are to hire someone to man the phone and apts it would require us to raise our prices to pay for that help we are doing everything we can to avoid that as well

On the discussion of buisness some appointment depending on the Breed or work that goes into the job some times it is a few weeks wait for the apt so please be considerate when booking that apt if you cannot make it or made other accommodations please inform us so we have time to fill that slot for another animal that desperately needs it
We have had quite a few no shows lately and I do not want this to have to be a reason to start charging for a no show fee
We of all people understand things come up plans change but again please keep us in the loop if you are unable to make it

Lastly nail trims
We have offered nails trim at no cost to you and no apt required since we opened our doors 17 years ago
Until this summertime rush passes us we are asking Please come in closer to closing time after 3pm and if you have more than one animal who’s needs there nails done please call or text ahead of time to make sure we can not only accommodate but also that it is a good time for us and that it is safe to enter the lobby with numerous animals

We are hopefully by addressing these things now we will not need to take any further steps in order to make each day go a bit smoother for us

Thank you all again for your understanding and also for your continued support in which has made our shop grow to where it is today
We are so greteful and looking forward to many more years serving this wonderful community

Hi everyone
Your local red carpet team here
We wanted to take a moment to update and a share a little with everyone as to what’s been going on because a lot have asked
When all the rain storms came through our shops our roof was severely damaged causing flooding in our back room of the office causing an emergency remodel and new roof had to be done quickly before another storm hit us
We started demolition this past Monday and planned on updating you all on here regarding the progress and our excitement to be getting a new look
We left to go on vacation on Tuesday and planned on updating you all but we took the word vacation to heart and really clocked out from everything and relaxed
We came home on Thursday February 16th and within minutes of getting home we received news we had lost a dear friend who we call family tragically the day before
Many of our clients especially those on regular scheduled apts had the honor of meeting this man
He was a dear friend for 20 years and was one of the strongest foundations to our shop
Our world has been turned upside down and since finding out the news we put life on back burner and jsut held our loved ones close
We have not been out of the house much and have not answered many calls as we navigate through all of this
We received word today our office remodel is complete and we will be ready to be back in office on Monday
In between now and then we have alot to accomplish including putting our shop back together cleaning getting back to many messages and also trying to prepare for a possible storm coming in this week
We ask everyone for your patience and understanding as we try And just find the strength to catch up on all that we are behind on
We also want to thank for the continued prayers and kind words
We are all one big family and one of our pieces is missing now
We promise to try and get stronger everyday so we can be there for each or you just as you have been for us

Good morning everyone !
A few weeks ago when that big wind storm and rain came through it took our roof apart at office which led to our back room being damaged
We finally got everything lined up and the remodel has begun this week
Our office will be closed from 2-12-23 - 2-20-23
There will be contractors in n out but no staff to help with nail trim or apts
Feel free to leave a voicemail at the office and we will get back to you as soon as possible

We have placed the first round of calendars and they are estimated to arrive on the 19th!
We are so excited to see how these turn out we had to use a different company however we were able to customize these more than last year !
We have a beautiful cover along with almost 40 pictures we captured and a few messages throughout the months ❤️

We do plan on putting in multiple orders so if you did not catch it In this time your not to late ! Cost is $25 we accept cash check or venmo !

Sadly our last groomer did not work out but we pushed forward and found an incredible groomer that fits perfectly at the shop

Just a friendly reminder to all we will be closed starting tommroow august 19th-august 26th returning back into the office on Saturday august 27th
This weekend is annual mountain festival our daughter will be in the parade for cheer
Then Monday we leave for Las Vegas for the annual super zoo dog grooming convention !
We are so excited to see what the convention offers this year and all the goodies we will be coming back with !!❤️
