"......I’m so sorry to write this but a black, short haired cat was found deceased in the middle of the road here on the map in Quarry Hill area".

".....Sad to advise there is a deceased grey tabby cat on the corner of Midland Hwy Huntly & Buckleys Lane, just up from the new Huntly CFA".

THESE are genuine FB posts regarding cats that have tragically been killed whilst out roaming. Yes, strays can end up like this but many owned cats do as well.
