Here is our 12-step guide to preparing your pet for this Christmas Season. Just remember if you are ever worried, please reach out to your closest emergency center.
Last Thursday we arrived at the clinic to a mumma and her 5 little babies that had been left at the clinic. Unfortunately, mum was not microchipped so we were unable to track down an owner. They are all now in care of the clinic for a few weeks until the babies are ready to go to a new home🐱. There adorable size and different personalities definitely make clinic life that much sweeter❤️.
Ever wonder what happens when you drop your precious pet off to be desexed. Well spend the day with Charlotte to see what happens🐶❤️#vet#vetnurse#vetclinics

Your pet needs annual dental check-ups just like you. Inflamed and bleeding gums can be painful and can bleed if left unattended. This can cause pain and difficulty eating for your pet. Save on pet dental treatments when you book before 31 August 2023.

Springtime means grass seed season, and for something so tiny, they can cause a lot of big problems for your pet! The issues they can cause range from minor discomfort right through to potentially life-threatening conditions. If you cannot remove a grass seed from your pet’s coat (with your fingers, tweezers or scissors), give us a call to organise removal.
It's important to continue exercising your pet in Winter, as well as keeping them mentally stimulated. Being cooped up inside can encourage destructive and negative behaviours. Walks, runs, catching up with friends and play sessions in the park are perfect ways to keep your pet active. Here are a few tips for you. 👇

Did you know our pets can suffer from heatstroke too? If you see them panting or drooling excessively, becoming restless or unstable on their feet, or the gums changing to a bluish-purple or bright red colour, it's important to call us immediately and cool them down on the way to see us. The quickest way to cool them down is by using a fan or placing a damp towel over me. In any situation where you are concerned, please call us.
