A DESPERATE search is underway to find the owners of a memory bear with a baby’s ashes inside after it was bought from a Gold Coast op shop.

Hi everyone.
Can you please share this post as I’m trying desperately to find baby Chloe’s mummy and daddy so that she can go home to them for cuddles.
Baby Chloe is safe at my place but I’m sure she is missed by her family.
The fact that she has found her way back to us is a miracle in itself and I’m sure it’s a sign from her that her mummy and daddy will see this post and contact me.

Today it is 6 years since we started the eddy bear company and the 7th anniversary of Eds passing.
Today I promise to smile as i remember our life together. Just because your physical body has gone your spirit is still here with us. I still feel your presence on a daily basis and know you are never far away. I will love you forever my darling and I am blessed for having had your unconditional love for a lifetime. I love you for having taught me what love truly is.

What did you do to help you through your grief?
Luckily for me, I found an immense pleasure in making our bears for families that had also suffered loss. It was a way of honouring Eds memory and telling people about his courage and strength during his fight with cancer. Meeting new people, who truly understood what it felt like to have to carry on with life without that person there everyday as they had always been.
Making our bears has been an incredibly healing thing for me since losing Ed. Meeting these amazing people make me realise just how lucky I was to have had an incredible love story for as long as I did. I have never felt cheated after hearing their stories, only blessed for all the thing I had and continue to have.
Thank you to all of our customers for believing in our bears, because of you and my amazing family and friends I have a reason to continue this journey of life.
If there is one thing I can offer as advice during your grief, it would be to find something to help you heal. Life will never be the same again but that doesn't mean it won't be amazing, just different.
I would love to hear what you have found beneficial after the loss of your loved one that gave you the strength to carry on with your life's journey.

Wanted to share this adorable photo of baby Jude sitting next to his memory bear given to celebrate his birth. His parents can write a letter to their little bundle of joy to put inside the bear and know that all their love, hopes and dreams will be only a bear hug away for him.
