This is why I hate glue traps! Thankfully this isn't the first time I have dealt with this family and I was able to arrive at the property within half hour. With a little oil and patience I was able to free this juvenile Dugite (Pseudonaja affinis affinis) time to go find a new home.

Received a call from Tessa’s Reptile Services yesterday about a snake at King Road Brewery. Unfortunately the sake was in a cavity wall. I managed to see the snake but was unable to get it. I had a call this afternoon as the snake was at the front of the cavity. Upon arrival I could see the digite sitting right there I got my hook and gently started to lift the snake, typical snake turned and tried to retreat. With just enough room I got my hand and managed to tail the snake. With a litre help from the hook, I removed the snake from the wall. Sometimes time and patience are key. Not 1, but 2 Dugites from a call out this afternoon. Both found under a sheet of tin in Oakford. Being the start of breeding season these 2 are likely a mating pair.
With all the frequent sitings already, before the warmer weather has really kicked in, its a good chance for you to assess your property and tend to any tidying up if you want to avoid having places for these guys to nest.

It's going off with the snakes today. Caught 10 in the Kwinana area. With Medina being the hot spot with 6 out of 10 Caught there and another 6 calls iv passed on to people in other areas out of the Shire of Kwinana

A few months ago we got a call from King Road Brewing Co about a dugite. We were greeted with a huge plump dugite!
We noticed it looked a bit rough around the edges so got in touch with Tessa’s Reptile Services who took him on to see her vet to get checked out. After a visit with the vet, it was discovered to have had multiple head fractures, amoungst some other smaller injuries! But Tessa worked her magic and with some tender loving care, he was good as new and released back into the wild! Amazingly lucky animal to have made a full recovery with the injuries we found it in!

Car victim we saved from Lambeth circle wellard yesterday afternoon. Poor fella had some eye damage but had plenty of life to it. Hopefully will make a full recovery now that it's in the hands of tessa from Tessa’s Reptile Services can set for recovery

You know you've been waiting for this post! It's the time of year all these creatures are starting to come out of brumation and moving around again!
Got a call about a snake around 8am this morning. Found a gorgeous Tiger Snake (Notechis scutatus) at a house in Wandi.
