Globes shouldn’t be touched with bare hands as this reduces the life expectancy, we have thought of this and are happy to offer a free cloth to help protect your globes

Indian Almond leaves are now in stock

Indian almond leaves grow on Terminalia catappa trees that come from the leadwood tree family. These trees are native to Australia, Asia, Madagascar, and the Pacific.

These are great for shrimp, Betta tanks, Axolotls, and more.
They help by:

Lowers pH levels
Creates a dark environment for blackwater fish to breed
Have antibacterial and antifungal properties
Helps induce breeding
Can be used as a food source for fry or small fish

Did you know, Red globes are actually harmful to your reptile?

Red bulbs were designed with the thought they would produce nighttime heat without producing a bright light. In actuality, this disrupts the reptile's photoperiod, affecting their sleep, eating, behavior, and overall health due to the stress it can cause.

Picture trying to sleep in a room illuminated with a red light constantly, How well would you sleep? We know that we wouldn't.
For this reason, we do not stock red light globes if you need advice on what globe is best for your pet, Please don't hesitate to contact us :)

Mini Ceramic Heat Globes now available

This ceramic heater is a source of thermal radiation that produces a thermal radiation similar to natural sunlight. It does not emit any light and will not affect the sleeping pattern of your pet.

The long-wave infrared thermal radiation produced rapidly increases and maintains the temperature in the breeding cage.

It has a service life of up to 20,000 hours.
