A great first lesson with Finley, Millie, Darla,Paddington, Beau and Maizie. Please watch this video with Zak George the dog trainer. Puppy class July 2024

A fantastic final class we had the puppies running through tunnels and jumping through hoops. Well done everyone your puppies are off to a great start and have certainly learnt how to to make friends. Look forward to seeing them all again at there next checkup. 🐕😀

A Big congratulations to our latest puppy graduates, we had the puppies doing tricks and running obstacles for our final class and they all did a fantastic job. Well done everyone, you all did very well. I look forward to seeing you at the next visit. Keep up the training :)

What a great week ! All the puppies are picking up the commands very quickly, and I am very impressed with the extra trick training, well done everyone. This week continue to work on all 6 commands daily. Note for Roxy- The new commands are Drop, Stay and leave it. Please scroll through the page to find some videos that will help bring Roxy up to speed. See you all on Tuesday.

A great start to 2018 with these two fantastic puppy classes, congratulations to Teddy, Edddie, Merlot,Summer, Cheryl, Milo, Sophie, Howie and Malo. Well done to all their owners for putting in all the effort to help socialize and train their puppy to become a well adjusted family member. Continue to work with your puppy as much as possible,training should be part of your dogs daily routine for life. I look forward to seeing the puppies at there next vet visit. Feel free to contact me with any training issue's in the future or if your interested in doing more group training sessions with us.

Week Three the puppies have now learnt to Drop, Sit, Stand stay, come, Heel and Leave IT. With only one week left be sure to practice every day ,the puppies will get the chance to demonstrate all their new learned skills in front of the class.

Puppy Training

Training should start as soon as you get your new puppy. You can make a list of house rules and start on the basic commands. Your puppies should not be out in public until they are fully vaccinated. Puppy class gives you an opportunity to let your pups socialize with other pups before the vaccinations are complete. We hold the class at the vet clinic and ensure the rooms are cleaned and sterilized before class. All pups that attend must have at least one vaccine before starting. It is important to socialize your pup between the ages of 8- 14 weeks to help them not become fearful of other dogs and people when they get older. Puppy class is the perfect place to socialize and begin training with you new family member.
