Kelly Sampson is a trainer, coach and competitor specializing in hunters, jumpers and young horse horse development.

Kelly Sampson is a local rider, trainer and coach specializing in hunter jumper. Horses have always been a part of her family (Campbell's) for generations being used for sport and a livelihood. Gaining fundamental experience at the local fairs, she then moved onto Pony Club. In 1999 and 2002 she represented Manitoba on the games team at the National level. Afterwards, Kelly started to focus on the

Hunter Jumper sport. Kelly is known for her great equitation, feel and react ride, professional turn out, and contributing confidence to her horses. Kelly believes that with proper equitation for each individual's body type will result in a high level of success. Not only important for the safety of both horse and rider, it will help aid in learning how to ride smooth courses. Kelly puts value on the importance of proper equitation in order to communicate with your horse effectively to produce the winning round. Students have found confidence in this riding style and success up to the low open jumpers. "Today's youth are tomorrow's future" is a quote that Kelly instills into her students and lives by herself. Kelly is trying to make her difference in the Manitoba Hunter/Jumper scene by developing a grassroots show circuit with her sister called Campbell Horse Shows. Kelly primarly teaches out of 4B Ranch, just outside Brandon Manitoba city limits.

We had a blast at Winterfest this year. This was the last horse show for us in 2020 before covid shut down. It feels great to be picking up where it ended in prep for the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair.

Congratulations to all my clients on a fantastic weekend. Many personal goals have been exceeded and the results were a great bonus.

Step one completed. I'm sure many of you have seen the same image posted on many trainers pages and wonder, what does this mean? Attached is the requirements to obtain a license along side a fee to EC. It is a requirement for your coach to have a minimimum of Registered Coach status at rated EC shows in 2022.

Happy New Year Everyone!

2021 has come to an end and reflecting back, it has been one of my favorite years! So here's a mushy post ❤

I am truly appreciative of all the amazing clients and horses that surround me daily. Every day I look forward to going to the barn because of each and everyone of you! I look forward to working with you all and tackling your new goals.

Campbell Equestrian's home base is west of Brandon at 4B Ranch. Thank you Scott & Reagen for the use of their great facility as well as top notch horse and client care.

My mornings are spent with Diane and friends at her beautiful farm. Thank you ladies for the time spent with me during lessons and offering me fun horses to ride.

Special thank you to my summer working student, Brownynn for her help tacking up, lunging and cooling down horses for me.

I'm so honoured to be the trainer that gets to develop this extremely well mannered stallion owned and bred by Karrasel Sport Horses. With only 6 weeks into his training, we took him to a reining clinic with Guy Robertson. It was the perfect atmosphere for his first off property experience. He was a dream to take care of and ride with new horses. It was fun to show off his natural athleticism with his automatic lead changes!
