COVID-19 Disease Prevention and Control
We are trying to do our part to help prevent and control the spread of COVID-19. To help minimize contact between people and make it easier to maintain a social distance, we ask:
If you have traveled outside Canada in the last 14 days or have respiratory symptoms, please be responsible and self-isolate. Call us to reschedule your appointment.
Clients are asked to wait in their car or in an exam room. Please do not wait in our reception area to help prevent crowding.
Please call ahead for prescription refills. If you arrive for a refill and it is not ready, please wait in your car until the prescription is ready.
To minimize person-to-person contact, exams will take place without the pet owner's presence. You can wait in a separate exam room or in your car. Exam finding and treatment plans will be discusses with a social distance of 2 meters or over the phone.
To minimize person-to-person contact, we would like to communicate by phone as much as possible. We will call before your appointment to get your pet's medical history and find out what problem(s) your pet is experiencing. This will prevent us from having to have a long conversation in person. If you don't hear from us, please give us a call.
