Cuterebra ( Botfly) Larvea

This is a fly larvae called a cuterebra or Botfly, it lives under the skin of your pet. In most cases these are picked up by cats or dogs who investigate rodent or rabbit holes. If you see one, it is best to go to your veterinarian for removal, if it is severed during the extraction it could cause an allergic reaction.
