We apologize about the short notice, but we unfortunately will no longer have an exotics veterinarian at our hospital. Dr. Chrisawn is not working with our practice anymore. We are unsure of where he is going or what his plans are. We will be reaching out to any and all exotic appointments that are currently scheduled to be sure they are aware of the situation.

To any of our exotic patient owners, we apologize greatly for the unfortunate inconvenience.
We recommend taking your pet to Stahl Exotic Veterinary, located in Fairfax, VA.

Again, we apologize for the short notice and we will be in further touch with you about any other future changes that may occur.

Happy Saturday!🌼
We wanted to remind everyone that today is a rare Saturday that we are CLOSED.
If your furry or scaly friend is experiencing an emergency, we recommend going to Virginia Veterinary Centers located in central park and for our exotic patients, Stahl located in Fairfax.
We will reopen on Monday, June 10th to normal buisness hours.
We hope you all have a fantasic weekend!☀️

Our TURTLELY awesome receptionist, Sam, saved this little guy this morning! This turtle was just making his way across the road to the SHELL station. Make sure to keep your eye out for any small slow-moving lumps in the road during the warm seasons, and if it's a safe area you can always pull over to assist in their journey!🐢👣

Happy National Pet Day! Today is a special day dedicated to our fur babies, as well as those pets who may not always get the companionship and attention all pets deserve. While loving our own pets is something we do every day, this day encourages helping out orphaned pet companions. We work with some really great animal rescues that are always happy to have new faces to foster the pets they bring in. We will list and tag the rescues in the comments below if you’d like to help out!
