Attention all! We have had an incident involving one of our fosters. We were given two foster babies back from Karmyn Allen in bad condition. She had contacted one of our admin to have the kittens moved so she could focus on her other fosters she has with another rescue. Our admin put a post out and reached out to other fosters to see if they could be placed with them. Keep in mind it’s also a holiday weekend so people are busy. Karmyn was not willing to be patient so our admin offered to her to bring the babies to her until we found another foster. Karmyn then threatened to dump them at our vet if we won’t move them even though they could go back to our admin temporarily. Just so everyone is aware, we don’t take kindly to people threatening to dump our cats anywhere. After some back and forth, Karmyn brought them to our admin. I am going to post a couple pics in the comments to show what condition they are in after being with Karmyn. This is an alert to anyone who uses her as a foster. Please check in to make sure your cats are safe.

Hello, friends! Quick update from Kansas. The Kitty Mafia Barn Cats appreciate all the donations they received last month. Donations are still needed to keep these hungry cats fed. Spay and neuters will be coming up to get those baby makers removed. With the permission of the surrounding land owners, I hope to start TNR on the many barn cats in this area. With the help of the humane society in the next town over, we can start to slow down the reproduction. As always, we greatly appreciate your support and couldn’t do any of this without you. I will keep everyone updated. Here’s a pic of the two barn cats that are friendly. The others are not so sure about us and stay at a distance for now. First pic is Luna the parrot 😂 and the second is Gus or Gustavo when he’s looking fancy 😁 (he also found our couch to be comfy). Hello, friends! This is Vanessa Publow and I am the Vice President of the Kitty Mafia. In December my family and I moved to Kansas. Our family had an opportunity to move out to the country and we decided to take. While I am no longer in Las Vegas, I am still very dedicated to the Kitty Mafia. I have come to ask for some help today. In Kansas, spaying and neutering are not common practice in the rural areas. Because of that, I have Barn/feral cats moving on to my property on a weekly basis. After some discussion with our President, Shannon Weeks, we decided to make them part of the Kitty Mafia. I have found a humane society in a neighboring town to help with spay and neuter at a reasonable cost. What help I need from you guys is food and supplies for these babies. I will provide access to food, water and shelter for them so I have created a wish list with some items to help me keep them happy. If you would like to help us out, we would greatly appreciate it!!

Hello everyone, we have had an emergency arise today. One of our foster kittens has a ruptured eye. She is going to need it removed. We dont know what caused this. All we know is she is in pain and will have her eye removed Monday. We ahve attached the bill and pictures of Suzy and need donations badly. Meet Mina and Reece! These cuties were trapped along with their Mama Asteria. They are both very sweet kittens. Mina is shy but curious and likes to cuddle once she warms up. She's a little hissy sometimes particularly when first approached, but overall is very sweet! Reece hisses occasionally when startled but is very curious. He is more outgoing than his sister but still a little shy. He loves playing and is simply adorable when he plays on his back. Both of them are doing great with their socialization! Meet Jackson.
Jackson was found by a good samaritan right out front of her door. This precious little boy was crying for help. His eyes were crusted shut, oozing puss, his mouth was full of puss his ears, nose and little behind. The finder reached out for help and we knew we had to give him a chance. The following day he arrived in our care lateral and almost dead. We rushed him to the vet and had him admitted right away. He weighed a mere 0.4lbs upon arrival and was estimated to be about 6-8 weeks old!! He was skin and bones but had a will to live. The vets nor us gave up on Jackson and he put up a magnificent fight. He survived and after 5 days in the hospital Jackson was able to go to foster. This little man is now loving life and is the absolute sweetest boy. He needs to be near you when he is not playing. He purrs non stop and is just so full of life now. Watch his journey from in the vet to just today!!!! Jackson will be up for adoption soon. Keep an eye out, he will be sure to steal your heart!
