Loving our new autoclaves! Got a couple of these bad boys and it feels good getting back into spawn production. We have experimented and finally found the perfect ratios of grain that work for our farm. The ability to sterilize larger quantities will give us the ability to grow more quality mushrooms, keep contamination down, and do more culture work.

Here it is folks! We have a pure Cordyceps alcohol extract. Since we only use 100% fruiting bodies, It’s taken us a long time to cultivate enough Cordyceps to make an extract batch. But it’s here and it’s extremely potent! The next step is to make a hot water extract and blend that with this alcohol extract in the photo. A couple more days and these highly medicinal mushrooms will be ready for you :)
