Midge just turned two years old. Spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, crate trained, housebroken. She needs a home where she will be carefully contained and exercised with frequent leashed walks. Midge is gifted as a fence climber. She would do excellent if someone trained her in Agility or Barn Hunt. Extremely high prey drive; not to be trusted with young livestock, cats, poultry, etc. Shy with strangers and loud children. She would do great with a mature owner or retiree.

We love our dogs. Most are born here. Raised in our home and part of our family. They sleep on our bed. They beg from the table. They lounge on the couch. They bark at the neighbors. They slaughter our rodent vermin. They are potty-trained, leash-trained, crate-trained, and have trained me. They are LOVED!
And yes, they have puppies, too.
Then they retire from having puppies.
We cannot keep every single dog for the entirety of their lifespan. That is unrealistic. So, we occasionally place a beloved retiree with a new family.
Last night, our beloved V***n headed out with Leigh, Animal Odyssey Private Pet Transport, LLC, to go to her new mama in Michigan. Truly a bittersweet moment! I am so glad V***n gets a home of her very own, to be the one and only, but oh, my, I am going to miss her so much! 😥
V***n is traveling with a certain little boy puppy who is traveling to Pennsylvania.
