Congratulations to these girls on their IEA season and regionals this year. I so loved seeing everyone grow throughout the season. Yesterday they all had rides that made me proud of all the work they have been putting in. Morgan, Whitney, Aldean, and Simon gave everyone great rides. Thanks for being the best ponies 🩡

We've been having fun this winter playing in the jumper rings to change it up. Thank you to Fox Crossing for being such a welcoming, educational environment for the riders and horses!

Giana and Whitney found their gas pedal and got around the courses at a speed I've never seen Whitney move at before πŸ˜‚

Addie and Autumn continue to grow and had their best show to date. Their courses were smooth and well put together.

Danica and Jump had their first official outing and it went better than we expected. Jump was a very good baby for his field trip.

Despite the wind, we had a great day at Fox Crossing.
Addie, Loren, and Cadence all did their first jumper show and were super successful. Addie and Autumn stuck with it, with each course getting better and better, and made it to the jump off in the last class! Loren and Vinny navigated both their first times doing jumper courses and both had a blast warning reserve. Cutie showed Cadence the ropes and they turned and burned their way to a champion. So fun seeing them all get to do this for the first time.
Simon did NOT appreciate the wind and was speedily out of character πŸ˜‚ Danica did a phenomenal job riding him through it and getting the job done.
Nicole and Ziggy waited to the end to jump around the 3 foot. Unfortunately it was just them, but nevertheless, they had wonderful courses and had the second fastest jump off time all day.
Thank you to everyone for making the day so much fun!

Our second home show went smoothly and the weather could not of been better (finally!) congratulations to everyone on a successful day. Thank you to all the girls and parents who went above and beyond to make the day a good one!

A couple of notes for this week:

1. Please feel free to wear Halloween costumes to lessons this week and next!

2. Our Halloween party will be Sunday 12-4 and we would love to have you here!

3. I need some extra hands to help me with moving jumps to the outdoor since the weather looks wonderful! I need some able bodied people since I am not.

Missing some of the girls to homecoming but fun show at Durango with this group. Our ponies all played great, even though Chewy was really REALLY feeling himself πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
Everyone had some wonderful rides, we made improvements and some had their first IEA some ever.

Both middle school and high school ended the day as reserve high point teams.

Thanks Durango for a successful show day despite the weather!

We went on an adventure down to Aiken, South Carolina for the 2023 T.I.P. Championships at Stable View and had the absolute best time. Lady and Phoenix could not of been better. They handled the long haul like champions (although I think Phoenix spent the drive telling Lady how fun it is to free lunge yourself around the show grounds. So much fun that she decided to do it herself!)
They went around the show ring like pros and could not of been more enjoyable for the whole experience.

Jen and Phoenix with a 1st, 3rd, and 5th ended up 3rd overall in the crossrails out of 14 with some of their best rides.
With some great over fences, and a great undersaddle, he ended up 7th overall out of 25 in the 2 foot.

Keira and Lady has awesome rides in the crossrails, winning all but one class and ending up champion. Keira was high point junior rider for the division. In the 2 foot, they earned a 6th and a 1st, coming out in 3rd overall.

Thank you to Jen and Keira for being so great to do this trip with. Jen was an awesome copilot. Thank you to Miss Kristen for being all of our horse show mom this weekend and always making sure our boots were shiny as can be. Looking forward to next year already!

Hurricane horse show was a success 🩡The weather was awful, but the people and horses were fantastic. No falls and done by 12:51 with 127 rides.

Thank you to all the girls and parents for stepping it up and rocking it all day long. I love watching you all come together and making these shows happen. Your support for one another is amazing.

Thank you to Stacia for everything and anything. And to Shannon for running the best in gate.
Thank you to Nicole, Jillian, and Ritsika for all your help keeping things going.
Thank you Bryan and Betsey for judging and stewarding for us.
Thank you to the Windswept and Saddlebrook crews for cohosting and sending us some wonderful ponies to play.

High school was high point
Middle school was reserve
Tally was horse of the show
Maddie won the sportsmanship award for her great attitude all day and spending her birthday at our show with a smile on her face.

Can’t wait to do it all again at our Halloween show with hopefully better weather!

What. A. Weekend.

These girls and horses brought there A game in every aspect. Horses were ready to compete, the riders put all the pieces together to be successful, and the parents brought the support we all needed. A great ride in these large classes is a win, and we finished Colonial with everyone coming home with a ribbon. It was long, but it was so much fun.

Danica and Simon started us off in the green ponies and picked the best time to have their moment. They were 6th and 3rd over fences, and 10th on the flat.

Azlynn and Aldean competed in a huge short stirrup division. This was Azlynn’s first big away show, and she earned a 4th in the walk trot canter and a 10th over fences.

Giana and Whitney closed out the first day. They got around over fences successfully in the modifieds and crossrail hunters. Both huge divisions, they had beautiful flat classes and were 8th in modified and 2nd in crossrails.

Phoenix proved he really loves away shows and was a perfect baby. In the long stirrup with Jen, they had great flat classes with a 7th in the walk trot canter, and a great trip over fences. He earned a 6th in the thoroughbred undersaddle against some really lovely TBS.

Giana and Whitney competed in the pleasure flat classes. Whitney was once again ready to compete and earned a 10th in the walk trot.

Victoria and Aldean were a great team in the novice eq. She has lovely rides in the flat classes with a 7th in the walk trot and a 10th in the walk trot canter. They had a solid round over fences.

Nicole and Ziggy were so fun to watch in the low child/adult jumpers. They had some nice rounds, and quick turns to earn a 9th, 1st, and 8th.

Danica and Dixie closed out our show in the itty bittys. The 23 year old pony proved she still has it and got a 5th and 6th against some great competition.

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend possible. It was one to remember.

Brass Ring at Devon with a wonderful group of horses and riders and families. It’s always so great to see everyone work together to set up, care for horses, cheer each other on, and ride their very best. The horses could not of been any better in the heat and pouring rain and the girls were amazing in their own right. You all should be so proud of yourselves.
Thank you to the parents for all their support this weekend.
Thank you to Nicole and Ritsika for literally everything. This wouldn’t have been possible without your help and support of everyone.

Nice day at the last Windswept show. Thank you to Jamie for another lovely day. Thanks to all the girls for working so well together, love seeing you guys work as a team.

Danica and Simon had some of their best rides of the season. It’s been awesome to see Danica help turn him into a little show pony.

Sophie and Bradley had great rides in modified, ending up reserve champion. Bradley is perfect, the end.

Nicole took Kassie in the itty bittys and had some great rounds, ending up reserve champion. She then finished up the day with Ziggy, clean sweeping the child/adult jumpers.
