Morning folks. Our 2025 Farm Season is a wrap! We apologize for closing a day earlier than planned but because of an incredible turn out this week, we are virtually sold out of produce! We cannot thank you all enough for helping make our 4th growing season such a successful one. I also realize we had mentioned Online sales for pick up and it might happen still but we will delay two weeks and see where things are at. Stay tuned for updates! Have a Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours - Dan, Kathleen and Frame kiddos .grown

Alas, it is the end of the growing season here at Kiwi Roots Farm 😢 We have to call it early due to an exceptional turn out by all of our amazing customers. Saturday will now be our final day of the season, not Sunday. Sorry to our many Sunday regulars! Check out our website or this reel to see what we have left and, if you feel like a hot cider or one final chit chat with the crew, stop on by and wet your whistle at the Farm Stand and help us celebrate a great season. We will miss seeing all your faces each week but just how fast the season has passed the new season will be upon us before we know it! Cheers Dan and Kathleen .grown

Hey folks. We are fast approaching our final Farm Stand week 😢 You may have noticed, like I have (and our crops) that It has been a cooler start to November than the last few seasons ❄️ The cooler temps have slowed plant growth a little sooner than previous years but that’s Mother Nature for ya! That being said, we will still wrap up with a few goodies to complement your Thanksgiving feast. As mentioned, we do plan on some Online sales into Dec but will need to assess where we are at after our last Farm Stand on the 23rd. Our family has been very humbled by the support you have given us right to the end to help make this one of our best seasons yet! Thank you and we hope to see you at the Stand for our season wrap. Cheers Dan .grown

Morning folks! Started the week with planting our 2026 Garlic crop. I’m a little earlier this year but with the wet weather coming it felt like perfect timing. So glad to have it tucked in and beginning its long journey to our culinary creations 😜 .grown

Happy rainy Monday folks. So good to get some much needed moisture! As we settle into Fall we are grateful for the bounty of veggies the land continues to supply us with. During our non-farm-stand days I am busy cleaning off old crops to compost and where it makes sense planting a cover crop for the winter. You will see our main greenhouse in the pictures of this year’s first round of tomatoes etc. I made an investment in trellis wickets from and I have to say what a big help these were! They helped keep rows neater and easier to access during the growing season and I think they also helped keep the plants healthier but hard to say. Either way, worth the investment just to keep things less ruley in the greenhouse and allow me to keep my sanity! Haha. Thank you to for allowing me to pick their brain before making this big purchase back in the day. Also thank you to everyone that came out to the Farm Stand again last week. Your continued support is much appreciated. It is very rewarding to see your smiley faces each week and we are honored to grow the most nutrient dense veg possible for you and your family. Cheers Dan .grown
