Litter of 9 Pure Breed Dogue De Bordeaux Puppies ready for their forever homes in 2 weeks.
Puppies are currently 6weeks old - Litter Born 11th of Jan 2023

Both Parents are fine examples of the breed. Both pure.
Bosco: Father (as shown in photos) 64kgs - 2 1/2yrs old
Willow: Mother (as shown in photos) 53kgs - 2yrs old
Beautifully natured family oriented, loyal and loving creatures.
Low maintenance breed, for the busy family, The Dogue de Bordeaux is well tempered. They are generally described by multiple breed standards as a “gentle giant”, based upon their stocky, low barring and strong exterior, but having a loving and sweet personality. This breed is known to be laid-back and is happiest lounging around the house (typically sleep up to 18hrs a day) and spending time with the family. They are very devoted to their owners and though seen as a calmer breed they are also exceptional guarddogs (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guard_dog). This breed is also very protective of their family. Dogue de Bordeaux’s were initially bred as war dogs (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dogs_in_warfare), (Hitlers Dog of Choice during the war) then used for hunting and guarding French estates. Though not used for that purpose now, it allows them to easily dominate a situation if provoked or in protection of their family. You may see them watching through the window ready to alert at a sign of danger.
They do enjoy playing, going for short walks (however not needed daily) and lounging on the couch with their loved ones. They are happiest when around their family and will lay on your feet and lean on you as often as possible.
They will bring your family so much love and joy.
We have 2 children ages 9 and 17 and they are the best companions to them both.
Puppies will be rehomed to only those suitable.
