A few new farm direct offerings this week ✨️

~ Aches n' Pains body massage oil

I wanted to create a loose oil version of the Aches n' Pains salve for folks to enjoy as a massage oil.
Twice infused farm direct St. John's wort and Arnica paired in organic avocado oil for a moisturizing, muscle soothing and nerve settling oil blend

~ Rose and Chamomile Face oil

No essential oils needed, the Rose and Chamomile scent is captured nicely in this blend. Soothing to hot, irritated skin, replenishing and healing. Infused into Organic jojoba oil for a light finish and easy absorption.

~ Ear Ache Oil

Mullein flowers and St. John's Wort work together to soothe inflammation, irritation and support inner ear healing. Where they may be the start of a minor ear infection, this blend may be quite helpful!

*It is always important to seek medical attention for a serious infection or complication with the ears.

I'm excited to share that I will once again be offering my Wellness Sessions :)

My plan is to offer this as a mobile service in the Sooke area! So that folks can enjoy the experience in the comfort of their own homes 🏡

I hope to begin offering my service towards the middle of August and will be creating package sessions to offer accessibility.

Honey Electuaries

Whole plant medicine with the added benefit of raw local honey.

An electuary is an old herbal preparation. In part as a way of preserving herbs, but also as a way to work with the whole plant synergy. Herbs are powdered and slowly infused into the honey creating more of a paste. Though I like to keep the consistency more fluid.

Spread some on your toast or add to your oatmeal.
One of the best ways to also work with an electuary is as an instant sweet tea 🍵

By adding one teaspoon (maybe 2 if that's what you'd like ;) to a cup of freshly boiled water, stir and you have a flavourful, supportive tea.

Tulsi has this wonderful way of calling attention to our bodies. Easing us through transitions and connecting us to higher realms. Fire Cider!

Tis' the season 🌿

This pungent, powerhouse packed brew is very supportive during the first signs of a cold or flu.

If you're feeling those chills, aches, runny nose or any feeling of your body telling you, you may have "Picked up a big" fire cider is a strong ally.

A few tablespoons a day as is or diluted in room temperature water and you can get ahead of that cold.

Stiring, channeling, creating and preparing for my final Holiday Shop Sale in December ✨️

Such a time of the year, coasting through the optimistic energies of Sagittarius season (my 6th house with a stellium - enthusiastic time of work!)

That's not to say there aren't some cosmic challenges brewing as well. We all feel it in some form! I sure do.

Some may find it a little erratic with the changes, ebbs and flows of the seasonal offerings I create. That's not to say there aren't a few reoccurring favorites, themes. Fire Cider, herbal syrups, salves. But overall things may differ each shop sale because everything is in constant change. I try to pay attention to the collective, the community, the individual, the plants. All together, they tell me stories of life and themes. Intuition plays a big role for me as well.

So, if you've made it this far lol
I want to share that a potent theme for me, for you, within this upcoming sale is on Nutrition. Herbs as Food. Medicine through food. Food as medicine 🌿

As always, I am a small batch maker. Why so small? I grow the majority of the plants from my own medicine gardens and others are sourced locally and quite specifically! Sleep. So incredibly important, yet something so many of us struggle to achieve. Whether it's the hustle and bustle of daily life in a culture that keeps us constantly on the go. Or a spinning carasoul mind when all you want to do is close your eyes and drift off to sleep. Aches n' Pains keeping us restless, or tension holding us tight.
