We have heard from many of you that it is hard to get hold of Nayana’s books because Amazon is random with availability and pricing. So here is where you can find her books easily and at the same time support independent bookstores (which we are all for!)
1. Find them at my site (https://essentialanimals.com/books-landingpage/
2. Visit our Bookshop in the UK https://uk.bookshop.org/shop/ess_ans here you can find Nayana’s books and a selection of other books we love
3. USA Bookshop (https://bookshop.org/shop/ess_ans)
4. And also in the USA Dr. Judy Morgan's Naturally Healthy Pets carries the Aromatic Dog and Cat (https://drjudymorgan.com/collections/books-merch-books), along with lots of other good stuff.
And of course, you can still find the books in all the online retailers if that’s your preference. Essential Animals is all about giving choices 🙂

Just a few minutes each day (and not just on Sunday) can help to keep us physically and emotionally well

They are always offered for self-selection and Zeb (13 ½) usually chooses Cedarwood, Ginger, Peppermint or Frankincense and Dakota (2) German Chamomile, Cedarwood and Vetiver, though these vary depending on their needs that day.

This course gives you 8 self-paced modules which will enable you to achieve a sense of wellbeing for yourself and your dog. https://contented-canines.newzenler.com/courses/wellness-and-connection In order to be effective guardians, we need to take care of ourselves first, so there are some modules just for you, though the majority are for your dog. • Welcome and Orientation • Your Wellbeing – Stress, posture, resilience and managing grief • Your Self-Care – Relaxation techniques, guided imagery and EFT • Your Dog’s Wellbeing – Vital signs, stress factors, pain and meeting needs • Get To Know Your Dog – Body language, senses, TCM, 5 elements and EFT for dogs • Emergencies - Being Aware and Being Prepared • Calming Measures for your Dog – ACE Free Work and TTouch to facilitate connection • Zoopharmacognosy – The art of self-selection for animals The information provided in this course is for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary care or treatment. I have provided accurate information, but do not assume any liability for the use of that information which is at your own risk. It is vital to consult a vet if you are concerned about your dog’s health as individual circumstances may vary and before you make any decisions regarding their health. Similarly, if you are concerned about your own health you should consult a doctor.
Animal self-selection is a practice where animals are given the opportunity to select plant extracts to maintain, or return themselves, back to health using their innate ability to 'know' what they need to correct imbalances within their body. If you are interested in trying self-selection with your own dogs I have 2 starter kits available, one with botanical herbs and one with diluted oils If you would like to invest in your own self-selection journey and you live within the UK then click on the relevant link below https://contented-canines.newzenler.com/courses/essential-oil-starter-kit https://contented-canines.newzenler.com/courses/botanical-herb-starter-kit You should always inform your vet that you intend to give your dog herbs or essential oils, as some may interact with existing conditions or medications.
