We have heard from many of you that it is hard to get hold of Nayana’s books because Amazon is random with availability and pricing. So here is where you can find her books easily and at the same time support independent bookstores (which we are all for!)

1. Find them at my site (https://essentialanimals.com/books-landingpage/
2. Visit our Bookshop in the UK https://uk.bookshop.org/shop/ess_ans here you can find Nayana’s books and a selection of other books we love
3. USA Bookshop (https://bookshop.org/shop/ess_ans)
4. And also in the USA Dr. Judy Morgan's Naturally Healthy Pets carries the Aromatic Dog and Cat (https://drjudymorgan.com/collections/books-merch-books), along with lots of other good stuff.

And of course, you can still find the books in all the online retailers if that’s your preference. Essential Animals is all about giving choices 🙂

Why not decide to spend some time on YOU this New Year and take 15 mins every day for self-care. This could be a quiet cuppa, a gentle walk to connect with nature or learning something new.

Just a few minutes each day (and not just on Sunday) can help to keep us physically and emotionally well

Essential oils and hydrosols are an integral part of both of my dogs’ daily life, particularly for my senior dog. They are always offered for self-selection and Zeb (13 ½) usually chooses Cedarwood, Ginger, Peppermint or Frankincense and Dakota (2) German Chamomile, Cedarwood and Vetiver, though these vary depending on their needs that day.
