Terms and Conditions Exchange and Refunds Returns and Exchanges are only allowed under circumstances such as product defects or when our customers have received wrong items/products. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags still attached. When making claims to Vestitus, please notify us within 3 days. Classification of defected products falls under the understanding that the items/products were found to faulty at arrival and not as the result of wear and tear arising from product usage.Any items/products found not meeting the criterias stated above will not be able to claim their refunds. Refunds will be made within 3 business days from the date Vestitus receives the defaulted items/products.Refunds will be made into accounts received in the Purchase Form sent via email at the time of purchase. Order and Delivery Orders will only be accepted once full payment has been confirmed. Upon payment acknowledgement, you will be updated on their order status. Once you have placed an order with Vestitus and we have confirmed it, you are not allowed to cancel or change your orders. Deposits are not allowed. Product Quality VESTITUS would like to remind all customers that our products might differ slightly in colour compared to that in the pictures due to lighting effects taken during the photoshoot. However they do not differ greatly. Do acknowledge this as this cannot be considered a product defect. As for cloth material the materials are of optimum quality. FAQ Q: How do I place an order?
