🐾 Meet Dr. Trey, our newest veterinarian at the hospital! 🐾

Originally from Queens, New York, Dr. Trey started her journey at Duke University (go Blue Devils!) and later earned her veterinary degree from Cornell in 2019. With experience as both a mixed animal and small animal vet, she brings a wealth of knowledge—and a love for goats! 🐐 Dr. Trey is passionate about dentistry, internal medicine, and all things feline 🐱, and she’s dedicated to building lasting bonds with her patients and their families.

She recently moved to Colorado with her husband and two cats to enjoy everything the great outdoors has to offer. When she's not at the hospital, you’ll find her hiking, trail running, or discovering new cafes and restaurants! Please join us in giving Dr. Trey a warm welcome! 🌟 🌟 🌟

Día de los Mu***os, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican holiday celebrated on November 1st and 2nd to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away, including pets. Families build ofrendas, or altars, in their homes filled with photos, marigolds, candles, and favorite foods of the departed to welcome their spirits back for a joyful visit. Many people include special mementos for beloved pets, such as toys or treats. Colorful decorations, sugar skulls, music, and gatherings at cemeteries make it a vibrant celebration of life, love, and memory. This is our ofrenda and we are so happy we can share it with you all!
