Veterinarian and support staff shortages continue to be an all-around issue in our field. We have found ourselves in an unforeseen situation and are losing another veterinarian. This will require us to temporarily close Rocket City Veterinary Emergency starting September 6, 2024.

We understand that this closure may cause significant inconvenience, and we apologize for any disruption to your pet’s care. Please know that this was not a decision we wanted to make, or it was not made lightly. We are working diligently to minimize the impact and will reopen our ER as soon as possible.

We hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen staff shortages, we are unable to continue operating on Fridays and weekends (effect July 5th) until further notice. This decision was not made lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rest assured that our team is working diligently to resolve this situation and we will keep you updated on any changes. In the meantime, our weekday hours (Monday – Thursday) remain unaffected, and we are here to assist you during those times.

We are currently having phone issue. We are working hard to try and resolve this as quickly as possible. Our ER opens at at 6pm until 12am. If you call and get disconnected we will call you back as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

EXCITING NEWS! NEW ER HOURS COMING SOON!

Starting May 24, we are going to be adding new hours to Rocket City Veterinary Emergency.

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 6 PM - 12 AM
SATURDAY: 12 PM - 8 PM
SUNDAY: 8 AM - 8 PM

We are Rocket City Veterinary Emergency and we will soon be opening at Rocket City Veterinary Hospital and will be providing emergency care for our community Monday - Thursday 6 PM - 12 AM. We will be announcing our starting date very soon!
