It’s National Police Week and everyone here at MKE Urban Stables wanted to thank our partners and friends at the Milwaukee Police Mounted Patrol Unit for serving our community every day and helping us achieve our mission!

Last year alone, MPD officers and their horse partners participated in 87% of our Equine-Assisted Learning program sessions! 92% of the 1,076 clients served by MKE Urban Stables met a mounted patrol officer and their partner horse, learned about a police horse’s job, and built trust in law enforcement.
