DPHR Adoptions/Sales Process

1. Submit Adoption/Sales Questionnaire
2. Meet and greet with the horse
3 Submit an Adoption/Sales Application/Contract/$100 Deposit
4. Gain Approval - Facility approval
5. Pay Adoption Fees
6. Sign Contracts
7. Gain full knowledge of the horses training
8. Arrange transportation

Email questions to [email protected]

1. Complete the Adoption/Sales Questionnaire and email it.

2. You will be contacted to set up an appointment for a meet and greet with the chosen horse to make sure you are the perfect match.

3. Submit an Adoption/Sales Application/Contract with the nonrefundable fees of $100.

4. The new facility must be approved. I use BLM standard requirement for shelter and fencing.

5. All adoption/sales fees must be paid in full at the time of the contract signing.

6. All of the horse training knowledge will be provided upon full payment!

7. Transportation arrangements will be made to transport your horse to your facility.

Sometimes we can make things more difficult than they need to be.

We want everything to be perfect, and we don't get started with new things because we feel that...

❌ we don't have enough time
❌ we don't have the right gear
❌ it's too overwhelming
❌ it's .......... (fill in the blank).

But just start where you are. Use what you have. And do what you can.

Little by little, step by step, you will make real progress. A few months from now, you will look back and be so pleased you started!
