Spooky creepy crawly day, at Muirhead yesterday
- PART 2...
Found this little guy taking a break from the storm in our stationary cupboard.
While he had a rest in a little comfy cosy box and waited for SSPCA to arrive, the staff nicknamed him Shaun (Batty)
Unfortunately for Shaun, the SSPCA were very busy with seabirds and gannets and were not able to come to Shaun before the pratice closed. Luckily however, Lynne who lives locally, took him home to wait.
During a thorough check over for torn wings, infection etc by the SSPCA, Shaun demonstrated that he had plenty of fight in him and was declared fit to release. Unfortunately Lynne's garden was not deemed a safe place due to her Labrador and Shaun was taken away to find a safer drop spot.
