Knollbrook Kennels is home to Knollbrook Brittanys, where Brittanys have been bred, raised and trained in a family environment for over 40 years. We strive for excellent all around dogs that can exceed in the field, show and obedience ring, and most importantly the home. Our Brittanys have gone on to become field and show champions, service dogs, obedience titled, and some of the best friends one

could have. Knollbrook Kennels plays an active role in Oregon Brittany Rescue. We may have rescues that are ready for adoption! Knollbrook Kennels takes rescue dogs from many situations across Oregon with ages ranging from young puppies to senior dogs. Rescue dogs are given quality training time for proper behavior, grooming and socialization. Please inquire if interested in rescuing a Brittany! Knollbrook Kennels also offers boarding and grooming services. Boarding is offered to any dog of any size in an in home environment. Grooming is offered to dogs 15 lbs or under and by appointment. Reni has many years of grooming experience and can offer basic to show grooming depending on desire. Please call with any questions on grooming, boarding, puppies or rescue!

Please read and be educated about spaying and neutering your dog

These are littermates - one was neutered pediatrically, the other left intact. Notice the permanent puppy-like body of the dog on the left. His head is narrow, his chest is narrow, his angulation is bad, he's taller than he is long because growth plates don't get the proper signals from testosterone or estrogen on when to close. This is what pediatric neuter does to your dog. It leaves them more susceptible to an incredible amount of health issues (joint issues, multiple types of cancer). Meanwhile, the only fact in favor of early neutering is to prevent unwanted litters which can be prevented by not letting your dog roam - something we should already be on top of as responsible dog owners. Dogs need hormones to grow and mature properly. Do your dog a favor and wait until he's completely matured before neutering!
