After much research, we brought home our first Rhodesian Ridgeback, "Riley." If only someone had warned us then that once you get one, you are bound to get another... and eventually another! It was easy for us to fall in love with Rhodesian Ridgebacks and we are certain that we will never live without one, or several, in our household again. Some of the fun activities we do with our dogs include: hiking, mountain biking, lure coursing, agility, obedience, tracking, conformation showing, kayaking, and perhaps our most favorite; hanging ten at the beach! Getting involved with this breed has also led us to meet many wonderful people, many of whom have become great friends and mentors. We are so grateful to several people who have guided us.
