Today, we're honoring and celebrating the certification of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote in 1920. At Banfield, we encourage the advancement and development of women leaders, but we know there is still work to be done for women with intersecting identities and continue to strive for equality and inclusion for all. 💜🧡

Katie Powell, Women of Banfield leader and Division VP of Field Operations, shared what this day means to her:
